A rich, complex woody amber built around bright citrus, aromatic spices, earthy patchouli, incense, warm resins, vanilla, oud, and deep woods.
Wildlands is part of the Impression Collection by Alchemy & Aura Parfums. It is an Alchemy & Aura impression with similarities to Outlands by Amouage.
It opens with bergamot and lemon layered with cardamom, Sichuan pepper, elemi, and frankincense. The citrus brings an unexpected brightness to the opening, while pepper, cardamom, and incense quickly introduce warmth, spice, and a resinous depth underneath.
As it develops, patchouli becomes a major part of the fragrance, surrounded by rose, orange blossom, geranium, and davana. Cumin, saffron, anise, and coriander add warmth and complexity, giving the heart an earthy, spicy character with floral notes woven throughout.
The drydown becomes deeper and more resinous with benzoin, labdanum, amber, ambergris, frankincense, and opoponax. Vanilla softens the darker resins while birch, musk, and oud add smoky woods, warmth, and lasting depth.
Wildlands is woody, spicy, resinous, and complex. Bright citrus creates contrast at the opening, while patchouli, incense, warm spices, amber, oud, and balsamic resins gradually pull the fragrance into a darker, richer finish.
