We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Please read our full shipping policy below.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
- Orders under $75 (before tax): $8 flat-rate shipping
- Orders $75 and over: FREE standard shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground and include tracking. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipping.
3. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
- Shipping cost and delivery time vary by destination
- International orders do **not** qualify for free shipping
- Customer is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees
- Transit times may be extended due to customs clearance
**Important:** We are not responsible for delays or holds caused by your country’s customs agency.
4. Tracking & Delivery
All shipments include tracking numbers which will be sent to your email. If your tracking number shows delivered but you didn’t receive it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact the carrier directly
If delivery issues persist, email us at AlchemyAndAuraFragrances@gmail.com with your order number.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
- If your package is damaged in transit, please notify us within 5 days with photo proof for resolution (see return policy).
