Alchemy & Aura Fragrances — Return Policy

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Please read carefully.

1. All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Once your order is placed, it is considered final.

2. Damaged Items (In Transit Only)

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 5 calendar days of receiving the package.

**To qualify for a replacement or store credit:**
- Provide your order number
- Submit clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging
- Send this to our support team at [your support email]

3. What We Offer for Verified Transit Damage

If approved, we will:
- Replace the damaged item with the same product, or
- Issue a store credit for the item’s value

Store credit is not transferable and must be used within 6 months.

4. Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns for any of the following:
- Opened, sprayed, or used products
- Custom or personalized items
- Items returned without prior approval

This policy ensures safety and product integrity for all customers.

5. Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to deny any replacement or credit claim that does not meet our requirements. All decisions are final.
